You have very sensitive hearing and sometimes get a bit scared by loud trucks, barking dogs, and lawnmowers.
You love to play with your new baby dolls and stroller.
You can wiggle your tongue side to side.
You went on a beautiful cruise holiday with us to Vanuatu and New Caledonia.
On the cruise you loved socialising with everyone and playing on the balcony.
And you had a few swims in the beautiful South Pacific water.
Sometimes you choose a book, take it to Daddy or Grandma and sit on his lap so he can read to you.
You started to bite in frustration a little bit – usually furniture but occasionally a person 
And you have started throwing tantrums – usually they are just mini ones, over in seconds.
Sometimes it’s funny and sometimes it’s… scary.
You say “woof woof” when you see a dog.
And you say “-sshhhh” when you see a fish!
But most other animals are “rarrrr” like a lion.
You regress/experiment with crawling every now and then.
You get into drawers and cupboards a lot.
You like to pull the tinfoil and baking paper from their rolls…
And generally make a mess in the kitchen.
And lounge room.
And bathroom.
You said your name!
Just a couple of times. First it was “Saizy” but then, clear as mud, “Daisy”.
The only other thing you say regularly is “Daddy”.
You are eating a little bit more these days – you like cheese and rice and noodles and biscuits.
And fruit, of course.
And we’re getting more veggies into you too (mashed, of course, but you voluntarily nibbled on some broccoli which got us all excited).
You still get lots of lumps and bumps from tumbling and tripping.
Just before your 14th month birthday, you started to sleep SO much better.
Most nights it’s straight through til morning!
We are still kind of amazed.
And happy.
